1. Coordination with the Sales/Account Representatives
Every project is guided by our Sales and Accounts team from start to finish. They do more than take orders; they understand your needs, goals, budget, and timeline to shape the project properly. They coordinate with all departments (pre-press, production, sourcing, binding, and finishing) to ensure smooth communication and workflow. They manage details, confirm materials, track timelines, and solve issues early. Overall, they act as the main point of contact, keeping everything organized, consistent, and on track.
2. Computation and Cost-Planning by our Estimation Team
After the requirements are confirmed, the Estimation Team prepares a detailed and accurate quotation. They review all key factors such as materials, printing methods, finishing, production process, and delivery timelines. Their goal is not only to calculate cost, but also to choose the most efficient way to produce the job. They work closely with the Sales and Production teams to ensure everything is aligned, clear, and practical, helping maintain transparency and efficient use of resources.
3. File and Artwork Checking by Our Pre-Press Team
Before production starts, our Pre-Press team carefully reviews all artwork files. They check important technical details such as resolution, color mode, bleed, margins, fonts, and file format. Small adjustments are made if needed to ensure the design is print-ready. This step helps prevent errors and ensures the final printed product matches the original design accurately and clearly.
4. Dummy-Making or Sampling of the Product
Where needed, we create a physical sample or dummy before full production begins. This allows you to see, touch, and evaluate the size, structure, material, and overall design of the product. It is especially important for custom or precise projects. We transform client imagination into reality by producing exceptional prototypes, even with minimal information. Client feedback is carefully reviewed, and any necessary adjustments are made to ensure full confidence before mass production begins.
5. Job Verification from Our Production In-Charge
After the artwork or sample is approved, our Production Manager reviews the entire job in detail. This includes confirming technical specifications, production methods, and how the job will move through each department. They also plan machine usage, scheduling, and resource allocation. This ensures everything is properly prepared for a smooth and efficient production process.
6. Sourcing of Paper and Other Materials
After the job has been reviewed, our sourcing team gets all of the required materials based on the approved specifications. This includes selecting the right paper, boards, inks, adhesives, and finishing materials. Each material is carefully chosen based on quality, durability, and suitability for the specific project.
7. Plate-Making
Before printing begins, the approved artwork is transferred onto printing plates. In this process, digital files are converted into aluminum plates used on the printing machines. Each plate is carefully prepared to ensure accurate image placement, sharpness, and consistency. This is a very important step, as even small details affect the final print quality. Proper plate making helps ensure smooth, efficient printing and a high-quality final result.
8. Printing Process

11. Packing and Delivery of the Product
After fabrication, all products move to the packing and delivery stage. Each item is carefully packed using protective materials like plastic, bubble wrap, and boxes to keep it safe during handling and transport. Packaging is done based on the product type and any client instructions provided. For local deliveries, our team handles delivery directly to ensure care and reliability. For distant or international shipments, we work with trusted courier partners for safe and timely delivery. All packages are properly labeled and organized to ensure they arrive in excellent condition and ready for use.
